Deputy Commissioner,Barpeta has allowed a plot of land in the same village for the college measuring 7 bighas 1 katha 5 lessas.

Total land area in Sqmtrs 17477.08 Sqmtrs.The title of the land is now fully under ARCE ownership basis .Construction of the building of the college is under process but there is no lack of class rooms . All the buildings are fire safety-proof.Necessary common rooms for the boys and girls are available .The building would be completed before the year 2013 .The area covered by the buildings of the college in sqmtrs is 4253.94 sqmtrs .The total number of class rooms in the college is 25 (twenty five).
